Seth: Can we add a second dialog to update the labor phases? When you change your labor rates and clone a project from a year ago, those need to be updated and a warning would be VERY helpful.

Any kind of warning on unapproved projects when an item is discontinued or pricing is updated in the catalog would be fantastic! Perhaps similar to the prompt to update against purchase orders?
