I would like to use the SI calendar like we do the Basecamp calendar, so we can stop using Basecamp. In Basecamp you have project related calendars and then general calendars where you can just click on a day and write "Vince is off this day". Also all the techs can see the whole calendar and where the fellow technicians are scheduled. This concept goes a long way when unifying techs and offices together. As far as I can tell a tech only sees what they are scheduled to do and to me there is something wrong with that. The Schedule should not be kept secret!
