So we have a client facing PO Box and we have a Office address and then we have a separate warehouse address for deliveries.

Ability to grab another company address in the Shipping Address section of the Create Purchase Order screen. Currently, it grabs the default company address and has the option to select a Client address.

Projects have a site address which is typically the shipping address if you are drop shipping to site. They also have a billing address for sending mail. Is there something else you need that isn't covered?

Kevin Frye: yes... We have sales offices (billing address) and a warehouse (shipping address)... Every other program we use allows for these as defaults except D-Tools.

Really need this issue to be resolved. At least 2-3 times a month a shipment is delayed because I forgot to change the shipping address in the QBs PO created by D-Tools and I get contacted by the vendor telling me they can't ship to a PO Box, then I have to email them back with the correct address and then a day has been wasted and the items don't ship that day because of this delay. I know I should remember to check every time but I create 20-30+ POs a month and the process is so automatic except for this issue that I forget and just send from D-Tools to QBs and then send it to the vendor. We live an area where mail is not delivered to physical addresses but all deliveries go to our physical address. Therefore I have to exist with two addresses (mailing and shipping) but D-Tools only allows us to have one.

I agree! You should be able to choose a default "Ship To" address in the PO register. Even better, in the company profile, have categories for addresses and the "shipping" category automatically populate PO's.
