Most customer have seen and are using project statuses, but they can't seem to have enough it. In SI projects, the statuses are coming up new everyday.
Would it be a good idea to have two-levels of project statuses?
So the 1st level can say - New Lead;
2nd level will say - Referral / Website / Online Marketing
Another example can be, L1 says Awaiting Information, L2 would say From Architect/From Consultant/From Client
Then in the project list layout, we have two separate columns, one for level 1, 2nd for level 2, and then a third column which shows combined name of L1 and L2 project status.
Would add better control, when if a sales rep is sitting with customer or sharing their screens with consultant or architects.
