I had exchanged emails comments with Eduardo concern this. if the minutes or productive time cant be calculated as a last column within d-tools. Then the time and date need to be separated, so excel could be used to total the actual items.
It would be nice if any auto log outs would have a zero total or a "-" (negative) so that non productive/time could be subtracted or the hours of non productive movement within d-tools could be subtracted or counted by the number of incidents based on what ever the auto logout is set to.
in searching for productivity reports... we have people that say they have been in it all day working away. Most individuals complain about being log out to early.. those are the people that are ones with the most auto logouts... non productive. I have an individual constantly gets 4-7- auto logouts a day at 1 hour intervals. most users are days it is 3-5 autos per day when in.

The closest feature we currently offer is the Sign-on logs, which can be exported to Excel for reporting. It shows if the user signs out or if their session times out. Start -> Setup -> Control Panel -> Sign-In logs.
