Combine Service Orders within a Summary Service Order for purposes of reporting.

It would be nice to be able to combine individual Service Orders within a Summary Service Order for purposes of reporting. For example, if two technicians are assigned two different Service Orders for the same job, we would like to create one report - an invoice, for example - to submit to the customer which includes Service Orders Notes and time sheets from each Service Order.
The issue we’re trying to overcome is if we add two techs to a single Service Order which may take more than one day, the Service Order appears on both tech’s calendars; the second tech can’t be removed from the Service Order for return trips.

Aye! We have a similar issue where we need to be able to have a multi-trip sercice order. E.g., First trip to troubleshhot and isolate problem. Order replacement parts. Then a return trip to install without creating another service order, but a second and separate event on the tech's calendar.

Jim HAMBY - I'm happy to hear we're not the only folks doing something like this! Many times, a technician will troubleshoot an issue, then a different technician will return to perform the repair. We also have a customer who likes to have us do rather large projects as service orders - this can end up being a weeks-long process involving multiple techs; their calendars end up looking pretty gross.
