When you click on "Auto-Fit All Columns" it resizes all columns for what is currently visible on the screen, however, the Unit Labor Hours column needs more room so you can see each editable field. Please update this feature to auto-size the Unit Labor Hours Column so that HH MM SS are each editable without further column resizing.

In the example below, the Auto-Fit was clicked but the column must be bigger to access seconds. When you are working on bulk wire, you need to access seconds for the per-foot calculations.
