Operations managers currently lack a mass view to see whether task comments or checklists are populated across all projects, requiring them to open individual projects and tasks to verify activity. Providing native visibility—such as columns, indicators, or filters showing whether comments or checklists exist and when they were last updated—would greatly improve project oversight and audit efficiency. It would also be valuable if key task elements available within a task (comments, checklists, and related metadata) could be exposed as filterable or viewable fields outside of the task, reducing the time spent clicking into each project. Any approach the D-Tools team feels is appropriate would be appreciated, with the goal of keeping this functionality native to D-Tools and avoiding reliance on external reporting tools.
