Project Name not always showing up in Customer:Job field in PO

This has been a bug that has been around for a while, but PLEASE, this needs to get fixed. I'm not sure what causes it, but sometimes when creating a PO, the Customer:Job field will be empty, however, in the Projects field - it's filled in. I believe tech support has told me in the past they believe it is related to a change in the name of the customer or something after the proposal is built? Could be, not positive this is it though. But it's annoying to have to, for 15 different PO's - keep adding the Customer:Job so it associates it correctly, especially when we export it off to QuickBooks.

This was corrected in Hotfix 4 for v16.

Can you provide the list of steps you are doing when you experience the issue? I assume that you are creating an "SI Purchase Order" and then pushing that to QuickBooks, versus pushing a Purchase Order directly to QuickBooks from within the Project Editor.
If so, I believe you are saying that on the SI Purchase Order form on the Items tab, the Project column is populated with the Client:Project name from SI (screenshot attached). When you choose to create a QuickBooks PO from the SI PO, the Customer:Job column is not populated with some/all of the names (screenshot attached).
The match is based on exact spelling of the Client/Customer and Project/Job names in SI and QuickBooks. So our Support team is correct in that if you change the Client or Project name in SI (Customer or Job name in QB), we will not see a match over in QuickBooks, i.e. SI doesn't store an ID field for a corresponding Customer:Job in QuickBooks.

Seth: Yes and that's the bug! Sometimes things get changed during the proposal phase. This needs to be corrected, as it's becoming an issue. Yes we wish sales would get it right in the beginning, but sometimes clients decide to push the orders through the builders (so the billing changes) etc... D-Tools should be able to accommodate for this. I literally just had a 100k job with 100's of line items and 20+ vendors that I had to fix this with and it was beyond annoying. D-Tools should track this a different way so that this does NOT become a problem. PLEASE.
